Sourcing

We source directly from farmers without any middle man. We have a sourcing team spreading across the country to procure the finest quality farm produces directly from the farmers. We procure products from Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Madya Pradesh, Delhi and Tamilnadu. We import dals like Thoor Dal, Urad Dal, Moong Dal, Chickpeas, Green Peas, Yellow Peas and Dun Peas from Canada, USA, Russia, Mozambique, Kenya, Tanzania and Myanmar.

We work in tandem with farmers across the country so as to ensure a constant and timely supply of quality farm produce. After cultivation, the pulses and grains must be carefully stored in eco-friendly jute bags prior to delivery to the processing plant. Because excessive heat can lead to discolouration and excessive moisture can result in mold and fungal formation. We follow specific storage procedures at our warehouse so that the bags can be safely kept in storage without quality deterioration.

The sourcing department is recognized for the breadth and depth of its procurement and strategic sourcing expertise. Upon the arrival of stocks into our factory, a moisture test is done periodically. Aeration is used to cool and dry the seed and to avoid storage complications. Products that are prone to high infestation are stored in cold storage.
